Lauren Ray, Research Commons Librarian Lauren is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating services in the Research Commons. She received her BA from Bryn Mawr College and MLIS from North Carolina Central University. She's spent the past six years in academic librarianship, working as a reference librarian at Portland State University and Highline Community College and reference intern at Duke University. Lauren is especially interested in using media and technology to bring the library closer to members of the academic community, and understanding how to better incorporate student-created digital content into the learning and research experience.

Stephanie Wright, Data Services Coordinator. Stephanie has worked at the University of Washington Libraries off and on for over 20 years with a background in science librarianship and library assessment. In her current position as Data Services Coordinator she chairs the ResearchWorks Data Services Team and is responsible for developing a program and providing tools and services to support the research data management needs of faculty and students at the University of Washington.

Elise Doney, Research Commons Graduate Student Assistant Elise received her BS in English from Utah State University, where she gained experience in instruction, peer-mentoring, and assessment of university student services. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Library and Information Science.

Anna Shelton, Graduate Funding Information Service Manager Anna helps prospective and current University of Washington graduate students learn how to find funding for graduate school, including fellowships; assistantships; scholarships; and grants for research, travel and publication. She earned a B.A. in Community Studies and Spanish at The Evergreen State College and is pursuing a Masters in Library and Information Science at the UW. Prior to returning to school, Anna worked in the non-profit sector in Olympia for 10 years in fund development, program management, and outreach. Her primary interest is connecting people to information and opportunities that will help them advance their dreams and goals.
