Reserve a Collaboration Space
The following spaces can be reserved in advance by current UW students, faculty and staff.
Individuals can make more than one three hour reservation per day but there must be 1 hour between the reservations.
Reservations can be made one week (7 days) in advance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, the room will be made available to others.
- Booth A
- Seats 2-6 people. L-shaped collaboration booth with plasma screen.
- Booth B
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth with PC.
- Booth C
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth with PC.
- Booth E
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth.
- Collaboration Corner
- (Soon to be Booth D) Group members can collaborate through a shared desktop displayed on a large 52" plasma screen.
- Green A
- Presentation space with seats to accommodate 25 people.
- Green Alcove
- Seats 2-7. Features large screen for connecting to laptop and sharing images, documents, etc.
- Green C
- Seats 2-4 people at one table. Features whiteboard walls.
- Green D
- Seats 2-6 people. Features two movable tables and three whiteboard walls.
- Media:scape
- Seats 2-5. Features dual 42"screens for sharing with up to four laptops.
- Presentation Place
- This open area is designed for presentations, workshops and larger events.
- Red A
- Seats 4-16. Features four movable tables and 60” plasma screen with PC. Check out wireless keyboard and mouse at the Help Desk.
- Red Alcove
- Seats 2-7. Features large screen for connecting to laptop and sharing images, documents, etc.
- Red B
- Red B is a flexible semi-enclosed seating area, featuring a whiteboard wall.
- Red C
- Seats up to 16 people. Features a projection screen and whiteboard wall.
