Reserve a Collaboration Space
- Reservations may be made a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Spaces may be reserved for up to 2 hours per reservation.
- Individuals can make more than one 2 hour reservation per day but there must be one hour between reservations.
- Individuals cannot have more than one space reserved at one time.
- Booth A
- Seats 2-6 people. L-shaped collaboration booth with plasma screen.
- Booth B
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth with PC.
- Booth C
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth with PC.
- Booth D
- Group members can collaborate through a shared desktop displayed on a large 52" plasma screen.
- Booth E
- Seats 2-4 people. Collaboration booth.
- Green A
- This space can be reserved for research-related events and presentations. Accommodates up to 25 people.
- Green Alcove
- Seats 2-7. Features large screen for connecting to laptop and sharing images, documents, etc.
- Green C
- Seats 2-4 people at one table. Features whiteboard walls and a wall-mounted plasma screen.
- Green D
- Seats 2-6 people. Features two movable tables and three whiteboard walls.
- Media:scape
- Seats 2-5. Features dual 42"screens for sharing with up to four laptops.
- Presentation Place
- This open area can be reserved for research-focused presentations, workshops and larger events (those that include an audience of 25+ people).
- Red A
- Seats 4-16. Features four movable tables and 60” plasma screen with PC. Check out wireless keyboard and mouse at the Help Desk. *Note: As of January 8th, 2013 the VGA cable connecting to the plasma screen is malfunctioning. Please use HDMI cable or ask Research Commons desk for assistance.
- Red Alcove
- Seats 2-7. Features large screen for connecting to laptop and sharing images, documents, etc.
- Red B
- Red B is a flexible semi-enclosed seating area, featuring a whiteboard wall.
- Red C
- Seats 2-18. Features 8 tables that can be configured as a seminar or classroom style room. Room also features a whiteboard wall and pull-down projection screen. Projector is available for checkout at the Help Desk.
